Filter coffee
Filter methods use different types of coffee makers, it may be a manual coffee maker or an electric coffee maker, not forgetting the Chemex, favoured by coffee addicts.
It produces a relatively light coffee, due to the short contact time of water and coffee, and to the low pressure.
Preparation
Coffee : 8 g
Grind: medium
Water: 100 to 150 ml

Step by step
Preheat the coffee maker.
For the manual version: Install the filter in the filter holder placed on the coffee maker and rinse it with clear water. Add the coffee to the filter. Pour 80 to 90 g of water at 86 ° C to 90 ° C in circular motions. Pause for about 30 seconds to let the coffee bloom. Add the rest of the water, don't forget the circular motions.
